Premier League-linked Celtic forward Liel Abada changes agent - report

Celtic star Liel Abada has reportedly changed his agent amid speculation of a move to the Premier League over the course of the summer.

According to the Scottish Sun, the 20-year-old parted ways with Israeli agent Dudu Dahan to join Hussein Al Gaaod’s FSB stable.

This is the same company that looks after Hoops team-mate Josip Juranovic as well as Real Madrid defender Antonio Rudiger.

Abada was reportedly linked with a move to Crystal Palace over the past few months.

Strange timing

The fact that he changed his agent right after the summer window, suggests that this probably could be his last season at Celtic Park.

Any player who is looking to change the agent either wants a really good deal from his club or most probably wants a move away from them.

Players and managers in Scotland often are lured by the riches of the Premier League and given the clubs linked with
Abada, this would be playing on his mind.

There’s a very good chance that he could leave for a club South of the border.

He was linked with a move to Crystal Palace over the summer, but that did not materialise and that could be because he wanted to stay at the Celtic.

However, with four years still left on his deal, any club that wants to lure him away from Parkhead is going to have to pay a huge transfer fee.
