Liverpool defender Neco Williams is reportedly facing an uncertain future ahead of the summer transfer window.
According to the Evening Standard, the 21-year-old is keen on making a mark at Anfield but also wants regular first-team football.
The fact that Wales are on the cusp of qualification for the World Cup will make it all the more important for him to play his way into the squad.
This season, Williams has been out on loan at Fulham – where he has impressed a great deal – and helped them secure promotion as well.
Another loan move next season has been mooted and with the Cottagers set for Premier League football, he will have more eyes on him and his chances of making the Wales squad will increase.
It remains to be seen what Liverpool do as they would certainly be looking for backups for Trent Alexander-Arnold.
