This pre-season draw could prove to be a reminder of the talent and promising players that the club have, and if nurtured and treated right, could become huge assets for the club.

The turmoil currently surrounding the Red Devils has been well documented, with a number of issues engulfing the club at the moment.

The future of Cristiano Ronaldo, the disconnection between their captain and their fans, the new manager, the clear distain to the owners, the lack of Champions League football, and the list goes on.

However, if the club is looking to turn a corner, and welcome more positive times back to Old Trafford, the ticket may be in the youth academy.

If they can introduce some of these promising talents into the first team this season, it could pay huge dividends for Erik ten Hag and the Manchester United faithful.

In other Manchester United fixtures, Ethan Laird is wanted by Watford on loan.
