Chelsea are set to sign 19-year-old Italian wonderkid Cesare Casadei from Inter Milan for €20m (£16.8m), according to Fabrizio Romano.

Romano also shared that the teenager will be in London later this week to have his medical before the transfer is officially completed.
Chelsea get their man.
The signing of Casadei adds to the Blues’ contingent of promising youthful talents, as the club have already confirmed the signings of Carney Chukwuemeka and Gabriel Slonina.
The newest addition to Chelsea’s young stars shares similarities to Chukwuemeka, who signed from Aston Villa earlier in the window.

Like Chukwuemeka, Casadei is a teenage midfield sensation who excelled at the under-19 European Championships this summer and joins the club for a substantial fee despite having very limited game time at the senior level.
The Inter Milan midfielder, who has never made a first-team appearance for the Italian giants, is a traditional number eight who has bundles of energy and composure in possession, making himself useful at both ends of the pitch.
He tends to operate on the left side of central midfield but due to his impressive versatility, he can also be deployed in defensive or attacking midfield roles.
In addition to this composure and defensive awareness, he is also an offensive weapon, highlighted by his 40 goals in 105 appearances for the Inter Milan youth team.
In Casadei, Chelsea are signing a very promising young midfielder who if nurtured right, could break dominate in the Premier League in the future.
In other Chelsea news, the club are preparing a second bid for Everton forward Anthony Gordon.
