Phillips to Tottenham

He came through the Blackburn youth system and has gone on to make three appearances for the first team, establishing himself in the first team this season.
The teenager, who was born in 2005, also featured on an international level, originally playing for Wales under-16s before changing international allegiance and representing England at under-17 level.
Phillips, who can play on either side of central defence, is sic-foot-four but also has fantastic recovery pace in addition to his aerial ability.
